Who is eligible to order?

Halcyon sells to qualified researchers, academic laboratories, and analytical facilities. Orders that indicate intent for personal, human, or veterinary use will be declined.

What analytical documentation is included?

Every lot ships with a batch-specific certificate of analysis reporting HPLC purity, acetate content, and Karl Fischer water content.

How are products packaged and shipped?

Peptides are lyophilized under inert atmosphere, sealed with butyl rubber stoppers, and shipped in insulated packaging where required. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days.

What is your return policy?

Because of the sensitive nature of research materials, opened vials are non-returnable. Unopened vials may be returned within 14 days of receipt in original packaging.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipments are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to destination-country import regulations. Contact us before ordering.
