Who is eligible to order?

Halcyon sells to qualified researchers, academic laboratories, and analytical facilities. Orders that indicate intent for personal, human, or veterinary use will be declined.

What analytical documentation is included?

Every lot ships with a batch-specific certificate of analysis reporting HPLC purity, acetate content, and Karl Fischer water content.

How are products packaged and shipped?

Peptides are lyophilized under inert atmosphere, sealed with butyl rubber stoppers, and shipped in insulated packaging where required. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days.

What is your return policy?

Because storage conditions can't be verified once material leaves our facility, we do not accept returns on shipped product, opened or unopened. If a shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, report it within 5 business days and we'll replace or refund the affected items.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not ship outside the United States.
