Terms of Sale

All materials sold by Halcyon Peps are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical characterization. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices, and they are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or any in-vivo application.

No material sold here has been evaluated or approved by the FDA for any therapeutic use. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a dosing recommendation.

By placing an order you represent and warrant that you:

• are at least 21 years of age;
• are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory, or business with the facilities and training to handle research chemicals safely;
• will use the materials solely for lawful in-vitro research, and will not administer them to humans or animals;
• are solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to your purchase, possession, handling, and disposal of these materials.

We may refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our discretion, including where we believe these representations are inaccurate.

You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, or relabel materials purchased from Halcyon Peps for human or veterinary use, nor represent them as therapeutic products of any kind. Reselling into consumer channels is a material breach of these terms and terminates any further obligation on our part.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are authoritative at the time of checkout as calculated by our servers. Orders paid by Zelle, PayPal, or Cash App are held in "holding for payment" status until we confirm the funds have arrived. Payment must be arranged within 72 hours of placing the order, after which we may cancel it and return the reserved inventory to stock.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities.

Shipping, delivery, damaged-package handling, and the cancellation review process are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not ship outside the United States, and any order with a non-U.S. delivery address will be cancelled and refunded.

Materials are supplied as-is against the specifications shown on the product listing and, where provided, the accompanying certificate of analysis. Except as expressly stated, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Independent verification of identity and purity before use is the buyer's responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halcyon Peps' total liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from misuse of the materials, including any use in or on humans or animals. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use, handling, or resale of the materials.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
