Shipping & Returns

All orders ship from our facility in Cartersville, Georgia 30120 by USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, depending on destination and parcel size.

Shipping is calculated at checkout as an average small-package ground rate from 30120 to your postal code, and updates live as you enter your address. Orders over $125 before shipping ship free.

We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not ship outside the United States under any circumstances, and orders with a non-U.S. delivery address will be cancelled and refunded.

Paid orders are typically packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Ground transit is usually 2–5 business days depending on distance. You receive an email when the order ships and again if the tracking number changes.

Orders paid by Zelle, PayPal, or Cash App do not begin processing until we confirm the funds. Payment must be arranged within 72 hours or the order may be cancelled and the inventory released.

Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials whose chain of custody cannot be verified once they leave us, we do not accept returns on shipped vials, opened or unopened. This is standard practice for research chemical suppliers and exists to protect the integrity of every order we send.

If your package arrives damaged, arrives with the wrong items, or the tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, email us at meridianpeps@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos where relevant. We will replace or refund the affected items at our discretion.

Before an order ships you can request cancellation from the order page under View / manage. Submitting the cancellation form sends the request to us for review; you will see the decision on the same page. Approved cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled.
