Privacy Policy

• Account information — your email address, name, and password hash (passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider; we never see them).
• Order information — institution, phone number, shipping address, items ordered, order totals, order status, and tracking numbers.
• Communications — messages you send us by email or text.
• Basic technical data — standard server and error logs needed to keep the site running securely.

We do not store card numbers, CVV codes, or bank credentials on our servers. Payments arranged through Zelle, PayPal, or Cash App are handled entirely inside those services. If card processing is enabled in the future, card details will be tokenized by the payment processor and never stored by us.

• To process, fulfill, and ship your orders.
• To send order-related email: receipts, payment instructions, shipping confirmations, and tracking updates.
• To respond to support, cancellation, and refund requests.
• To keep records required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not send marketing or promotional email.

Only the service providers needed to run the store: our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and the shipping carrier handling your package. Each receives only the information required for its role. We may also disclose information where legally required.

We use only the storage necessary to keep you signed in and remember your last-used email address on your own device. We do not run advertising trackers or sell behavioral data.

Order records are retained as long as needed for fulfillment, support, and legal or tax obligations. Account data is retained until you ask us to delete it.

You can view and update your account details and shipping address at any time from your account settings. To request a copy of your data or deletion of your account, email meridianpeps@gmail.com. We will honor deletion requests except where records must be kept for legal reasons.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with row-level access controls so that customers can only see their own orders. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your account.

This site is not directed to anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
